Refund policy

You have 30 days to return your unused item.  Please contact us for a shipping label at our cost.  If there is something wrong, contact us.  We warranty our items for an extended period of time.  On occasion things warp or crack.  It is wood and we can't control it.  This happens less than 1% of the time, but we stand behind our products.  Call, Text or Email.
