We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return an item. If your item has been damaged during shipping, send us photos of the box and damage to the item and we will send you a replacement.
To ensure a proper return, please follow these steps
- Keep box and all packaging
- Contact us for a return label at (920) 265-1934. We can provide a label at our cost, about half of UPS or FedEx.
- Verify that everything is packaged properly. Bracket is fastened into the shelf, with the fasteners in a ziplock bag (or throw them away). Make sure that the cardboard packaging (inner corrugated wrap, any and all hexacomb and cardboard corners) goes back on in original placement to avoid damage during shipping.
